The Takeovers Panel was looking for a brand refresh and a new website that would support their position as regulator, and help communicate the important messages that guide and shape an effective and fair takeovers market. As a small organisation, the Panel also needed the tools that would enable it to carry out much of its communications in-house. 

Approach
Brand DNA work underpinned the development of the visual identity and helped the Panel communicate the work it does and the way it operates. A new logo and a suite of supporting elements have provided a unique, robust, and cohesive system to take the Panel forward. The new website supports the brand and provides a clear and easy-to-navigate tool for communicating with its wide range of stakeholders.

The brand continues to build on these key messages, as it evolves slightly in response to changing environments – but most importantly, it still communicates clearly and effectively to its key audiences.
